At CCC we take the Covid-19 situation extremely seriously, we are committed to ensuring we take every precaution possible whilst continuing to carry out our work 100% safely.

Our number one priority is the health and wellbeing of both our team and our customers, this is demonstrated in the implemented measures that are in place until further notice, to ‘protect all’.

Before reopening to the public after 6 weeks closure, we carried out a full covid-risk assessment for all areas of the business.

We thoroughly analysed all our processes, taking a strategic approach to tackle the new challenges presented and we are proud to be ahead of many vehicle body repair facilities in being Covid-19 secure to the government standard.

Amongst many of the positive changes, there are unfortunately some minor disruptions to services such as customer drop offs / pick-ups, which are currently suspended.

We are also experiencing delays with the courtesy car availability as they require a deep clean between being returned and going back out.

We are able to offer collection / delivery for single day jobs, such as bumper scuffs etc.

We will monitor the constantly changing situation to ensure we adapt swiftly to any guideline revisions.
