If your vehicle is immobilised we can arrange for collection to be carried out by one of our approved recovery companies who are fully insured to transport your vehicle on a low-loader.

Our detailed estimates are completely free of charge and easy to understand.

We have our own fleet of COURTESY CARS, all of which are fully insured, less than one year old and cost from as little as £6 per day (subject to minimum driving conditions).

You have the right to choose where your vehicle is repaired, even if your insurance company have their own ‘approved repairer’. Once you have nominated us as your preferred repairer we can liaise directly with the insurance assessor (who work on behalf of your insurance company) to obtain authorisation and proceed to carry out the repairs.

Our estimates are sent to you, the customer, so that you can make an informed decision on whether the repair warrants an insurance claim (taking into consideration excess and no claims bonus) or if it is more cost effective to self-fund.

Whichever funding option you decide is best for you we will give you full support. Your vehicle will be repaired to the same high standard and will be fully valeted before being made available for collection or delivery.
