Already recommended by friends and family, I was able to see why after my car was damaged whilst parked in a car park whilst I was elsewhere.I had already got a quote of over £2k from elsewhere suggesting a need for a new door and full offside paint job.When I called by unannounced for an estimate, they couldn't have been more welcoming, chatty, sympathetic, empathetic and helpful.I didn't have to wait long at all. They soon worked out that the extent of work suggested elsewhere was nowhere near necessary, confirming that the dent could be pulled out and the paintwork refinished for half the price previously quoted by another company.With only a 2-week lead in time, the car was booked in for Monday to Friday but by Thursday afternoon it was ready, finished to perfection and washed and valeted too.They even went the extra mile with the process even though there was more work found to be necessary but without charging me any more.Everything was done to perfection and having seen the work they've done on my car and several others, I've since been recommending Complete Car Cosmetics and will continue to do so.Don't go anywhere else if the unfortunate happens and you need some body work doing outside the insurance process like me (due to selfish careless cowards who can't own up to and deal with the consequences of their actions in the owner's absence).A friendly, chatty team from the top down, lots of time for their customers and always going the extra mile for customer satisfaction.

Very nice, and offered me a really decent price when others were charging sometimes more than double the cost. There is now virtually no trace of any damage and the car is looking new again. I've had two great repairs here, one for door corrosion and another for a serious scratch on the roof. Both with done to a fantastic level, can't even tell there was ever an issue.Will 100% be using them again.

Chris had a look at the car gave a price including refurb on all the wheels. I collected the car today amazing job done looks brand new. All the wheels look like they were just pulled off the shelf so to speak.Chris is a lovely chap got plenty of time for you. Will advise on other matters where he can. I had a bumper scuff repaired by CCC yesterday and the result is absolutely flawless. The repair only took a day and was very reasonably priced. I have used CCC for cosmetic work and repairs previously and would highly recommend them. Chris and the team work to very high standards and are polite and professional throughout.

I was recommend to complete car cosmetics by several friends and upon doing my own research and looking at the cars they work on etc they clearly do produce some amazing work.I needed a bodykit fitting and a front / rear bumper respray on my Lexus and I decided to go down to visit them for a quote.
