Terms and Conditions
Subject to these terms and conditions, Complete Car Cosmetics guarantees its repairs to the body of the vehicle for the period during which the customer retains ownership of that vehicle.
From the date of invoice, this guarantee is limited as follows:
- alloy wheel refurbishment guarantee is limited to 12 months;
- diamond cut / polished wheels refurbishment guarantee is limited to 3 months; and
- repairs to corrosion are not covered by the guarantee.
This guarantee is not transferable to another person or vehicle.
Complete Car Cosmetics guarantee is limited to the product and application. The customer must correctly maintain the vehicle and the repair in accordance with standard maintenance practices. The customer shall not attempt to modify or change any of the repaired areas without written permission from Complete Car Cosmetics. Failure to obtain written permission before carrying out any such modification shall invalidate the guarantee.
It is a condition of the guarantee that the vehicle is inspected by Complete Car Cosmetics at least once in every 12-month period following the date of the original repair.
It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange the free of charge inspection with Complete Car Cosmetics and to present the vehicle in a clean, dry condition.
When making a claim the Customer must produce a copy of the invoice and proof of annual inspection.
It is the Customer's responsibility to keep their invoice and present it to Complete Car Cosmetics in the event of a claim. No claim will be considered without the appropriate paperwork.
No guarantee is offered against damage or deterioration to the finish in the following ways:
- Further damage, including (but not limited to) stone chipping
- Incorrect aftercare, including (but not limited to) aggressive cleaning chemicals, power / jet-washing
Any refund or liability shall be limited to the maximum of the labour and paint value for the repair on the Invoice.
Any new parts fitted will not be refunded.
Valid claims made under the guarantee will be subject to re-repair by Complete Car Cosmetics Ltd before any settlement is agreed.
When a third party is to pay for repairs directly to Complete Car Cosmetics, it is company policy that payment is to be made, in full, before any booking is made and any work is to commence. This is purely to safeguard the third party and also Complete Car Cosmetics. A proforma invoice and receipt will be provided when the payment is made. If a third party is settling with the owner of the vehicle, then payment is not requested until work has been completed and the invoice is produced.
